Illusion Canvas

Privacy policy · Updated September 17, 2026

Your projects and your visit.

Illusion Canvas is operated by its independent creator. This policy explains how information is handled when you use illusioncanvas.com. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Projects stored in your browser

The editor uses localStorage to remember the current project and a recent draft for each template. These records include your project title, template, parameters, seed and output settings. They remain in that browser until you replace them or clear the site’s data; private browsing and browser storage limits can affect persistence.

Imported project JSON files are read locally. The editor renders previews and generates image and video exports in your browser. The application does not upload these project files, generated exports or canvas contents to a project server. Video recording captures the canvas and does not request camera or microphone access.

Hosting and network requests

Cloudflare Pages delivers the website. Visiting it involves network requests that expose information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request timing to the hosting infrastructure. Cloudflare may process this information to deliver, secure and operate its services. This is separate from local project storage. Do not put private information in page URLs.

Visit and performance statistics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and page performance. Its beacon reports visit and performance information, which can include page URLs, referrers and browser or device characteristics. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as privacy-first. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics documentation and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

The site owner also uses Google Search Console to view reports about how the site appears in Google Search. This does not give the editor access to your private Google account or local project files.

Contact email

If you email us, your email address, message and any attachments are processed to read and respond to your inquiry. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming mail to the operator’s mailbox provider; the mail services involved process the message for delivery and storage. Correspondence is kept as needed to handle the inquiry and maintain relevant records. You can request deletion by emailing the contact address, subject to any necessary legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Accounts, advertising and payments

The site includes Google AdSense code to connect the website for review and support advertising. Adding this code does not mean the site has been approved or that ads are currently displayed. Loading Google resources sends network information such as your IP address, browser details and the page URL to Google. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted and subject to applicable choices, personalization.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google advertising technologies. You can manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center and cookies in your browser settings. Where required for advertising, consent choices must be provided through an appropriate consent management platform. The site does not currently offer user accounts or payments.

Your choices

You can download a project JSON backup, then remove drafts through your browser’s site-data settings for illusioncanvas.com. Deleting browser data does not delete files you downloaded or messages you emailed. Browser privacy settings or content blockers may limit analytics requests. Email the contact address for privacy questions or requests concerning correspondence; the operator cannot retrieve drafts stored only on your device.

External services and policy changes

Links to other websites take you to services with their own policies. Hosting and email providers may process data in countries other than your own under their applicable terms. This page will be updated when the site’s practices change; the date above identifies this version.
