Include the template name, your browser and device, what you expected, and what happened. If export failed, mention the selected resolution and format. A screenshot or a small project JSON file can help reproduce the issue; only send files you are comfortable sharing.

Privacy and rights questions

Use the same address to ask about personal information, request deletion of correspondence, or report a source or attribution concern. For a rights inquiry, include the relevant page URL and enough information to identify the work.

Who receives your message

Illusion Canvas is operated by its independent creator. Email sent to this address is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the creator’s mailbox. There is no support portal or guaranteed response time. See the privacy policy for how messages are handled.
